Kayora ("Kayora", "we", "us", or "our") is a body measurement and progress tracking application designed to help users track body measurements, understand body composition, set goals, and monitor progress over time.
We respect your privacy. Kayora is designed with a local-first approach: the personal information you enter into the app is stored locally on your device and Kayora does not require an account, password, or login to use the app.

Because this information is stored locally, if you uninstall Kayora or delete its local application data, the locally stored information may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
Kayora includes a Child Growth Journey that allows a parent, guardian, or other authorized user to track growth and body-related information for a child.

Because child growth information is stored locally, Kayora does not maintain a central copy that can be retrieved from our servers.
Some Kayora features may use the device camera, including features that help guide positioning or measurement capture.
When camera access is requested, it is used to provide the relevant in-app functionality.
Kayora does not use camera access for advertising.
If you do not use a camera-based feature, camera access is not required for that feature.
If a particular camera feature captures or temporarily processes an image as part of the feature, that processing is performed as part of the app experience and is not intended to upload your body images to Kayora servers.
Kayora may calculate BMI, estimated body fat percentage, lean mass, fat mass, body composition, growth-related information, and other metrics from information you provide.
These calculations are intended for personal tracking and informational purposes.
They are not medical diagnoses and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have concerns about your health, body composition, or a child's growth or development, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Kayora is designed so that the personal body and Child Growth Journey information entered into the app remains local to your device.
Kayora does not intentionally transmit your body measurements, body composition information, goals, progress information, or Child Growth Journey data to third parties for advertising or sale.
If Kayora uses third-party services for technical operation, such as app distribution, crash diagnostics, security, or other technical functionality, those services may process limited technical information as necessary for their function.
Such technical information may include information such as app version, operating system information, device information, or crash/diagnostic information, depending on the services used by the app.
Kayora does not intentionally send your personal body or child growth records to such services.
If analytics or crash-reporting functionality is enabled in Kayora, it may process limited technical or diagnostic information needed to understand app performance, identify crashes, and improve reliability.

No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, Kayora is designed to minimize exposure of your personal measurement and growth information by keeping it locally on your device.
You control the information you enter into Kayora.
You can edit or delete information using the relevant functionality provided within the application.
Because Kayora stores your personal measurement and Child Growth Journey information locally, we do not maintain a central server-side copy that we can retrieve or delete on your behalf.
Deleting Kayora or clearing its local application data may permanently delete locally stored information.
Before deleting the app or clearing its data, make sure you have retained any information you want to keep.
Kayora includes a Child Growth Journey for users who wish to track information about a child.
The Child Growth Journey is designed for the person responsible for managing the child's information, such as a parent or guardian, rather than requiring the child to create an account or directly submit information to Kayora servers.
Kayora does not require children to create accounts, provide passwords, or provide email addresses to use the Child Growth Journey.
Child-related information entered into the Child Growth Journey is stored locally on the device.
If you are a parent or guardian using Kayora to record information about a child, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority and any necessary consent to do so.
Kayora does not sell your personal information.
Kayora does not sell or share your body measurements, body composition information, goals, progress information, or Child Growth Journey information for advertising purposes.
Because these records are stored locally, Kayora does not maintain a central database of this information for advertising or commercial profiling.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Kayora, applicable laws or requirements, or our privacy practices.
